Have you ever deleted any file accidentally and then wonder how to get that back? It happened with me many times. I have deleted my files and even emptied my recycle bin. Luckily, I have found a great tool from a review request that will help recover the deleted files.
Handy recovery is data recovery software. The software works on windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME/XP/Vista with the file systems FAT12/16/32 or NTFS/NTFS 5. As soon as I got this review request, the first thing I did was downloading the trial version of their software and try it. Here is the screenshot of the interface.

Some of the features of Handy Recovery include Option to create disk images so that you can recover later, recovers files from deleted and formatted partitions, directly deleted files without recycle-bin, shows probability of successful recovery for each file, and many more features.
Recovering files with Handy Recovery is easy. In three simple steps, you can easily recover your files.
- You will need to select the disk and analyze it.
- You will see all the files (like in windows explorer) along with the deleted files. You also get a status for each file such as “good” or “poor” so you can see right away what your chances are of getting back the file.
- You choose the file and recover it.
The one more feature I liked about this tool is you can preview the content of the recoverable file in the preview panel below. This makes it much easier to find the right file. In fact, I am impressed with this data recovery tool and I am now thinking to buy this tool for myself.
