To create this HTML list, first open Internet Explorer. Now go to File option there you will find Import and Export option click on that, now a window will open name Import/Export wizard Click Next.
Here you can select what to import and export, Select Export Favorites option and click Next button. Now you will get option which folder you want to export. You can select the top folder Favorites or just a specific folder.
Select “Export to a File or Address” option and give it a name and location. Click Next and Finish it. Now your html file is ready and you can move it any where you want.
